The Below Terms & Conditions are for Online Payment Gateway in order to process the payments.
It is mandatory that while processing the payment through Debit or Credit Card, rightful card holder has sanctioned the transaction. Rightful card holder is processing the transaction by himself/herself or else given due authority to user to carry out the transaction on behalf.
Due to loss of availability or technical error there could be a possibility that the booking might not got through while processing the payment through Credit Card.
In such circumstances our accounts support team shall not capture the amount.
If transaction is found suspicious by the Payment Gateway risk management team and to protect your payment from potential fraud, the transaction would be Failed.
Each hotel/service provider has its own Cancellation & No Show policy. The same are mentioned in the Cancellation policy at the time of Booking.
The bookings which are applicable for refunds as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be refunded by in the same Credit Card used if the amount is not Captured.
Once captured the refund will be done either by bank transfer or credit will be added in the agent account.
No show charges will be informed upon request, after checking with hotels on case to case basis.
